   Given that my opponent has taken so much PAC money from the associations that represent realtors and land developers I would be interested in hearing his stance on the issue of selling the Arrowmont School property. Just a quick note to state the protest today was a GREAT success!! The quick & dirty:

  • At its peak, there were upwards of 50 people!!
  • Protest was announced this morning on the local radio station
  • The Knoxville News-Sentinel was there!
  • The local NBC affiliate, WBIR, was there!
  • Some board members joined in the protest
  • Arrowmont director David Willard read a brief, but somewhat positive statement, news cameras rolling (more…)
